배움 중심 수업을 위한 수업컨설팅 사례 연구

Many teachers are interested in, but do not know how to implement ‘Instruction for Learning’. For this reason, they should request a consultation for ‘Instruction for Learning’. This is the case study on instructional consulting for an elementary school teacher who wants to instruct for learning. Instructional consulting team consisted of a consultee and 3 consultants. They solved the consultee’s problem utilizing action learning. Problem solving was conducted in the following order. 1) Clarifying the consultee’s task, 2) Making blank chart, 3) Literature review and case study, 4) Execution strategy based on key factors, 5) Developing a syllabus, 6) Instruction, and 7) Evaluation and reflection. These processes can be summarized in four steps : clarification of problem, research for problem solving, search for solutions, and execution and evaluation. In clarification of problem phase, consultants defined the problem is ‘make the class that all group members join the group working the class’. In research for problem solving phase, they derived learning tasks using blank chart. In search for solutions phase, they designed instructional strategies for ‘Instruction for Learning’. In the last step, consultee implemented his class in accordance with designed syllabus. This study presents for consultants instructional consulting process and methodology and for teachers good case about ‘Instruction for Learning’.
