전기산업 노동시장 구조별 수급예측분석에 관한 연구 : 전기공사업을 중심으로

Electrical construction business has public benefit and private benefit. It may require protection because of its importance as a key industry. In other words, it has the separate order system of Electrical Construction Business Act and needs skill construction technology. It also has competitive bidding system to win electrical construction contract for private benefit. There is the necessity of a manpower supply and demand plan as public character. This study focuses on the structural analysis of forecasting labor supply and demand in electric industry's labor market. We expect that this study improves imbalance for labor supply and demand in electrical construction business. We use time parameter model, holt's two-parameter model, system dynamics as analysis equipment for them. There are the shortage of data period and statistics infrastructure construction for a manpower supply and demand in electrical construction business. So we use them to alleviate the limitations as a soft approach. We also used academic ability, career, license as standard for the structural analysis of forecasting labor supply and demand. We find that excess demands are expected for academic ability, career and license. But there are the different times of occurrence according to them. So the study suggests that it is strong necessity to construct statistics infrastructure for a manpower supply and demand plan, to inquire reasonable labor policy for them.
