본 연구는 ERP 수준 및 사용기간이 기업 비용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 유가증권협회 등록 기업들 중 (주)더존 ERP 제품을 사용하고 있는 40개 기업 자료를 활용하였다. 그리고 변수 간의 상관관계와 영향을 분석하기 위하여 상관관계 분석과 다변량 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 p<0.1(90%)을 기준으로 해석하였다. 본 연구의 상관관계 분석의 결론 및 해석은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비교적 높은 수준의 ERP를 사용하는 기업들이 보다 많은 ERP 등 다양한 기업 정보화 software를 활용하고 있으며, ERP 사용 기간이 오랜 된 기업이며, IFRS 연계 software와 APO 보안 software를 함께 활용하고 있으며, 총자본 순이익률이 높고 평균 매출원가율이 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, ERP 등 다양한 기업 정보화 software를 활용하고 있는 기업이 ERP 사용 기간이 오랜 된 기업이며, IFRS 연계 software와 APO 보안 software를 많이 활용하고 있으며, 총자본 순이익률과 총자본 영업이익률이 높은 기업이며, 평균 매출원가율이 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, ERP를 오랜 기간 동안 사용한 기업들이 APO 보안 software를 함께 활용하고 있으며, 총자본 순이익률과 총자본 영업이익률이 그렇지 않은 기업들에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구의 회귀 분석 결과 및 해석은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평균 인건비율을 종속변수로 한 회귀분석 결과 ERP 사용 기간이 긴 기업일수록 평균 인건비율이 낮은 결과가 나타남으로서 본 연구에서 검증하고자 하였던 ERP 수준 등에 따른 비용감소 효과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로서 연구가설이 채택되었다. 둘째, 평균 매출원가율을 종속변수로 한 회귀분석 결과 ERP 등 사용 제품 수가 많은 기업일수록 평균 매출원가율이 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구에서 검증하고자 하였던 ERP 수준 등에 따른 비용감소 효과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로서 연구가설이 채택되었다. 셋째, 평균 판매비와 일반관리비율을 종속변수로 측정한 회귀분석 결과는 모든 독립변수에서 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타남으로서 연구가설이 기각되었다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the effects of the level and usage period of ERP on the firm's expenses. To achieve this purpose, 40 companies using Duzon ERP products were selected and the data were collected. And correlation analysis and multi variant regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation and effects using significance level p<0.1 (90%). The results and interpretation of correlation analysis of this study are followings :First, using the high level ERP were related with using the various information software, usage period of ERP, using the IFRS software and APO software, high ratio of net income to total equity and low average rate of cost of goods sold to sales. Second, using the various information software were related with long-term usage period of ERP, using the IFRS software and APO software, high ratio of net income to total equity and low average rate of cost of goods sold to sales. Third, usage period of ERP were related with using APO software, high ratio of net income to total equity and operating income to total equity The results and interpretation of multi variant regression analysis of this study are followings :First, the result of multi variant regression analysis showed that having dependent variable of average rate of payroll expenses was significantly affected by the level of ERP accepting research hypothesis. Second, the result of multi variant regression analysis showed that having dependent variable of average rate of cost of goods sold to sales was significantly affected by the kinds of using the various information software accepting research hypothesis. Third, the result of multi variant regression analysis showed that having dependent variable of average rate of selling and administrative expense was not significantly affected by all independent variable rejecting research hypothesis.
