Comparisons of the General Environments and Health-related Factors on the Admission Officer System and Non-Admission Officer System of College in Teachers' College Students

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences on the general environments and health-related factors on the admission officer system(AOS) and non-admission officer system(NAOS) in Teachers' College. The participants for this study were 150 students, composed of 56 men students and 94 women. The results of this study were as follows; First, in questionnaire survey, age, the region of high school and exercise times per a week in men and age, the region of high school, regular physical education class, frequency of physical education class in high school, frequency of a cold in a year and current level of physical fitness in women students were significantly different between groups. Second, in physique and health-related fitness, height in men students and calf circumference, 50m run, sit and reach and one leg standing with closed eyes in women were significantly positive in AOS group. Third, in body composition, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolic rate and physical development index in men and women were significantly positive in AOS group. These results as above, the regular curriculum of P.E in high school had an impact in college students as well as high school students to make positive thinking and exercising on the physical activity.
