It can be defined as 1) the freedom of enterprises and individuals in economic affairs, and 2) balanced growth and stability of the national economy, prevention against the domination of the market and the abuse of economic power, democratization of the economy through harmony among the economic agents, because the concept should be understood in the constitutional context. The economic justice is undermined in Korea, mainly by the economic power, generally called as 'Chaebol', a business conglomerate. They try to distort the political ideas of the people by the power of money in the political election, They have an influence on the legislation, interpretation and enforcement of the law, It can intimidates the success of the democracy and the rule of law. Therefore the regulation and coordination of the state in order to maintain the balanced growth and stability of the national economy, to ensure proper distribution of income, to prevent the domination of the market and the abuse of economic power and to democratize the economy through harmony among the economic agents, is needed to realize the economic justice.
