서비스 디자인 프로세스와 PSS 디자인 도구를 활용한어린이 도서관 서비스 디자인 개발

As importance of reading has been illuminated recently as one of cultivate people of creativity for developing creative economy. It is important for people to establish reading habits while they are young. This study proposed service design for children’s library it can improve utility of children’s library. It is developed by applying Service Design Process for overall approach and using PSS design tools for systemic approach. As the result, this study proposed ‘Reading point’ which helps children to gain reading habits themselves. The children are able to fulfil themselves through gain point of reading and to get learning effect naturally. The ultimate objective of this paper is to draw attention to converging Service design process, which is based on design thinking, and PSS design tools, which systematically and concretely represent service flows, to achieve a logical and effective service design development. Also PSS design tools are effective in not only product-service but also space-service design.
