기업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 스마트 워크 혁신- 신용보증기금의 모바일 오피스 구축 사례를 중심으로 -

Today, there are so many corporations that are forwarding smart work on Information Communication Technology. But, there are few corporations in success. This paper shows the process that the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund cultivates the mobile office system in the framework of smart work. That is based on the long term strategy and communication. They follow a three step process(activation of communication, field business efficiency, advancement of working style). The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund achieves the qualitative process innovation by mobile office system. Through this case, many corporations that are pursuing smart work have benchmarking issues. This paper has several implications for smart work on mobile office system. The first, forwarding mobile office system is not goal but process or component. Second, it is important to have smooth communication with corporation’s members for successful smart work. The last, corporation must have the long-term strategy to cope with changes of paradigm.
