심리적자본이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 - 인적자본 개발노력과 사회적자본 개발노력의 매개효과를 중심으로

Drawing upon existing theoretical and empirical evidence, this study aims to examine the influence of psychological capital on innovative behavior, and to examines the mediating effects of human capital development efforts and social capital development efforts on the relationship between psychological capital on innovative behavior. To test these relationships, we have conducted a survey of Korean firms. Questionnaires are sent to 199 employees in thirteen firms. After excluding unanswered and untrustful items questionnaires, the final sample size for this study is 164 employees in thirteen firms. The results of data analyses reveal that (1) psychological capital is positively associated with innovative behavior, (2) human capital development efforts has the partial mediating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior, and (3) social capital development efforts has the partial mediating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior. The findings suggest that psychological capital may have their initial influence on human capital development efforts and social capital development efforts, which subsequently affect innovative behavior. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendations for future research are provided.
