A Study on Decision Making Criteria for the Investment of Self-Management Real Estate Investment Trust

초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This research analyze the factor which the professional investors consider in the Self-Management Real Estate Investment Trust and the normal investors make the reasonable decision-making and it tries to be helpful. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collected from the questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of the idea of specialists and investors. Especially this study used to the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The analyzed result investors thought the real estate location in which the demand was stable and the real estate price rise is expected importantly. Next, the immovable property market environment which the cost of the real estate at the good location can rise was highly regard. 2. RESULTS The Self-Management Real Estate Investment Trust investors took the individuality of the real estate which the property itself of the REITs or REITs runs seriously than the factor about the external environment of the investment.
