청소년과 부모의 사회적 활동이 청소년의 사회적 책임감에 미치는 영향 -대한민국인재상 수상자를 중심으로

본 연구는 대한민국인재상 수상자들을 대상으로 청소년들의 사회활동과 부모의 사회활동이 청소년의 사회적 책임감에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 대한민국인재상 수상자 273명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 184명으로부터 응답을 받아 조사자료로 사용하였다. 청소년의 성별, 부모의 학력별 사회적 책임감과 사회활동의 차이를 t-검증과 일원배치분산분석으로 검증하고 학생의 활동과 부모의 활동이 어떻게 청소년의 사회적 책임감에 영향을 주는가를 단계적 회귀 분석을 사용하여, 가장 영향력 있는 변인이 무엇인지를 도출하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 대한민국인재상 수상자들의 사회적 책임감과 사회활동(단체활동, 동아리활동, 봉사활동)은 성별로 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대한민국인재상 수상자들은 본인과 부모의 사회활동 중 봉사활동에 적극적으로 참여할수록 사회적 책임감이 높게 나타났다. 청소년의 참여보다는 부모의 봉사활동에 대한 참여가 사회적 책임감에 더 높은 영향을 주고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 청소년의 사회적 책임감을 함양하기 위한 학문적․실천적 함의를 제공하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to examine how social activities of the youth and parents influences on their social responsibility. The research respondents are the 184 winners of the Korea Young Talent Awards from 2008 to 2010. Firstly the study occupied t-test to compare gender difference of the winners in social responsibility and their social activities and then one-way ANOVA to compare their social responsibility and their social activities of parents among three different groups. Finally the study conducted stepwise regression to identify the relationship between the winners and their parents' social activities and social responsibility. As the results, there is no gender difference in social responsibility and social activities of the winners. Also, there is an significant difference in devoted time on volunteer activities among different educational history of parents. Finally, students and parents's volunteering activities influenced their social responsibility. Based on the results the study provided significant implications for the future studies.
