제품-서비스 융합 디자인 방법론을 적용한 표현기법 교육 모델 연구- 기초디자인 교육과정을 중심으로 -

An innovation for survival is required in competition with the global companies as the domestic economy gets its growth, and the important between a product and service has been on the rise as enterprise competitive power. Even if there are many published thesis on the design education curriculum and a teaching method in a university for coping with social necessity, the study that presents the concrete direction and the case has been limited. Therefore, the primary design education process in a university needs to supplement the curriculum and to improve the teaching method considering a correlation between the majors. So, this study to suggest the primary design education method for the junior using a graded technique of expression with the product-service convergence design methodology for the juniors who major in industrial design. This paper used the technique of expression of the product-service convergence design methodology as a method of study, and suggested the partial contents for the primary design education process as an educational proposal. In the first step (Discover), as it is the step to collect information, the situation of user, environment and service were found, and information was collected; information was collected by association test through Mind Mapping Drawing. In the second step (Define), as it is the step to analyze data, the data collected by the first step was integrated and analyzed. While it was gradually specified to find problems and suggested solution, the concept proposal was derived. In the third step (Develop), as it is to plan the design direction, it is the step to expand an idea based on the design concept proposal derived by the second step. It was displayed in diagram form with the service blueprint and sketched spreading an idea with the sketch of a scenario. In the fourth step (Deliver), as it is to design, it is the step to unify the spread idea and to visualize. The functional part of a product was specified through the detail sketch and the structural sketch that was applied act of usage, and the result was suggested through the final rendering. This study expects that the class of the technique of expression will increase achievement in the learning related with the subjects such as the design project that is the curriculum of intensive course for the senior, in the future. In a further study, as this study will analyze statistically the effect of the technique of expression on an education and the result depending on the design methodology for every group about the identical item based on the preceding research, we will try to suggest an effective design education model on the junior.
