This paper deals with the pressing issues around the industrial spy in South Korea through referring to related material. The outline of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1. Introduction Chapter 2. ConclusionIt seems necessary to build the social networks connecting media-civilian- government-industry-academy-research fields to share the necessity for protection of industrial technology, which should be reflected in law, and public policy as well. The Korean government also needs to promote the international cooperation for the purpose of global standardization and revitalization of industrial security technology.
