중국 사회주의 시장경제체제 하에서의 경제민주화-중국 상사법제에서의 구현과 한계를 중심으로-

China had maintained the system of planned economy since the establishment of its communist party, and then tried to change into the system of socialist market economy with the beginning of Deng Xiaoping period. Although, in such process, economic democracy has been discussed so much, it has differed in its meaning according to periods. Even though economic democracy has been reflected on the various areas of commercial law system including the company law, there have been some limitations owing to special situations and socialist market economy system in China. Economic democratization is discussed so much as a main issue in the Korean Society. However, the answer to such issue seems to be very difficult to find. The major reason is that the meaning of economic democratization is understood but such economic democratization is related to economic member's interests to have a difficulty in making a compromise. Now, it is time to explore the harmonious legislation direction toward economic democratization carefully and consider the fundamental causes to obstruct economic democratization again.
