정보교류체제와 협업이 성과에 미치는 영향 : 성숙도의 조절효과를 중심으로

This research tried to figure out the effects between TMS and team collaboration in complex modern enterprises that already adopted team system as their organizational structure. Also researchers were tried to understand the mediation effect of TMS between team collaboration and team performance as well as the moderate effect of maturity between each variable. Analysis has been done by structural equation model and the verifiable results of path analysis showed the mediation effect of team collaboration. There is a direct effect of TMS to team performance and this proven mediation effect of team collaboration indicate creation of better team performance between TMS and team performance. And, the quality of job maturity of experience and knowledge of team member as well as personal maturity of their intention and willingness have moderate effects. The result of the research implies the effect of TMS to team performance and mediation effect of team collaboration consist of four factors and it means that actual performing factors are directly connected to team performance. Aslo, those four factors of team collaboration founded by exploratory research have been provided as a way for building better team performance. In addition, modern enterprise can build objective standards by leveraging TMS, team collaboration factors and maturity and the standards can be used as improving effectiveness as well as the possibility of being measurement for team performance.
