녹색물류활동이 국내 물류기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 국내 물류기업의 경영자인식, 실무자인식, 물류관련제도 및 정책 등이 녹색물류활동에 미치는 영향과 녹색물류활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 연구 한 것이다. 연구에 필요한 자료는 서울에 소재한 물류기업에 종사하고 있는 물류실무담당자 68명을 대상으로 설문조사 한 것을 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과 경영자의 인식, 기업내부의 지원활동, 정부의 물류관련정책 및 규제에 의하여 녹색물류활동이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 실무자의 인식과 녹색물류활동 간에는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 정책 및 규제에 따라 경영자가 필요성을 인식하고 이에 따른 의사결정을 내릴 경우 녹색물류활동이 활발하게 이루어질 가능성이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 녹색물류활동과 물류기업의 경영성과와의 관계에서는 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 녹색물류활동에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 그에 따른 기업이미지 및 고객서비스 향상을 통해 기업의 수익이 증대된다는 것을 의미 한다.
Abstract
This research studied top level and working level managements’ acknowledgement of domestic logistic companies and national system and policy effect to green distribution activities and business performance related with it. For reliable research results, necessary research data were gathered from 68 employees of logistics companies in Seoul and the data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 for statistical analysis purposes. After serious research analysis, it shows that green distribution activities have been performed and controlled by acknowledgement level of top management, internal support activities of company, and the government’s system and policy. On the contrary, there was no direct connection between acknowledgement level of working management and green distribution activities. This result shows that a policy of government support is necessary for top level management to understand the advantage of green distribution activities. Further business performance relationship between green distribution activities and logistic companies shows a positive (+) relationship. This research result shows that logistic companies expect to increase business return with raising their corporate image and customer services based on importance awareness of green logistic activities.
