원자력 에너지 하이퍼링크 네트워크의 국가 간 비교분석- 한국, 일본, 미국, 프랑스를 중심으로 -

By analyzing the hyperlink in the nuclear power generation field in Korea, Japan, the UnitedStates and France, this study compares and reviews which actors participate in the web-basedpolicy networks, who occupy central position and what structural characteristics can be found inthe network while focusing on the distribution of power and interconnectedness. The studyresults showed that Japan had a network structure with concentrated power and high level ofinterconnectedness; the United States had a network structure with concentrated power and lowlevel of interconnectedness; France had a network structure with dispersion of power and lowlevel of interconnectedness; Korea had a network structure with power border-lining betweenconcentrated and dispersed and high level of interconnectedness. Through such results, it wasfound that first, various categories of organizations formed information exchange networks usingtheir web sites, second, different types of hyperlink networks were identified among fourcountries, especially the country with opposite position showed network structure with vigorousinformation exchange, third, many countries still maintain an exclusive network after theFukushima nuclear power plant accident.
