기독교교육에 대한 지각수준이 영성과 인성에 미치는 영향

초록
본 연구는 기독교교육이 영성과 인성에 미치는 영향과 영성이 인성에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 교육 방향에 시사점을 제공하기 위해 시도된 것이다. 문헌검토를 통해 관련 이론들을 살펴보고, 연구모형을 설정하고 세 개의 가설을 수립하여 이를 검증하는 실증분석을 실시하였다. B대학에서 실시하고 있는 기독교교육은 대학예배와 기독교인성 8개과목이 있으며, 이것이 학생들의 영성과 인성에 미치는 영향에 대해 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 설문분석 결과 영성은 ‘초월감, 긍정적인 삶, 타인에 대한 관심, 존재의식’ 등의 4개 요인으로 구성되었고, 인성은 ‘신뢰성, 적극성, 타인존중, 도전의식, 시민의식, 타인배려, 타인관용’의 7개 요인으로 분류되었다. 실증분석 결과, ‘기독교교육이 영성에 영향을 미칠 것’이라는 가설에 대해서는, 대학예배와 인성과목은 초월감에, 인성과목은 긍정적인 삶에 대해 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 타인에 대한 관심과 존재의식은 기독교교육에 의해 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 기독교교육이 인성에 영향을 미칠 것’이라는 가설을 검증한 결과, 기독교인성교육과목이 타인배려와 타인존중이라는 요인에만 영향을 미치고, 여타의 요인들에 대해서는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타나 대부분의 가설이 기각되었다. ‘영성이 인성에 영향을 줄 것’이라는 가설은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 긍정적인 삶과 타인관심의 영성요인이 신뢰성에, 긍정적인 삶과 타인관심 및 존재의식의 영성요인은 적극성과 도전의식에, 타인관심의 영성은 타인존중과 타인관용에, 긍정적인 삶과 존재의식의 영성은 시민의식에, 타인관심과 존재의식의 영성은 타인배려에 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This article aims to gain insights how christianity education influences student's spirituality and humanity in B university. Christianity education subjects consist of chapel and 8 christianity education subjects. The result of analysis on basic variables can be summarized as follow. Spirituality consists of four dimension: transcendence, positiveness, opened mind to others, and meaning of life. Humanity divided into seven factors: reliability, positiveness, understanding for others, challenge of consciousness, citizenship, consideration for others, and forgiveness & compassion for others. The result of empirical analysis on three hypotheses can be summed up as follow: Firstly, chapel and christian education subjects influence on transcendence, and christian education subjects influence on positiveness. Secondly, christian education subjects only influence on consideration for others and understanding for others. Finally, positiveness and opened mind to others influence on reliability; Positiveness, opened mind to others and meaning of life do on positiveness and challenge of consciousness; Opened mind to others does on understanding for others and forgiveness and compassion for others; Positiveness and meaning of life do on citizenship; Opened mind to others and meaning of life do consideration for others respectively.
