여자 100m 허들에서 경기력수준과 도약거리에 따른 제1허들 넘기 기술의 운동학적 비교분석

The kinematic Comparison Analysis of The First hurdle Clearance Skill According to Performance Level & Distance of Take-off in 100m hurdle of Women's

초록

This purpose of this study was to analyze the first hurdle skill according to distances of take-off(0%, -7%, +7%) and performance level in 100m hurdle of women's. To accomplish the purpose of the study, the subjects were consisted of total 3 athletes of semipro(national representative career, n=2) and of university(junior national representative career, n=1). The conclusions were as follows; Total elapsed time wasn't showed significant difference according to 3 kinds of distances of take-off during 1 hurdle clearance(p>.05), athletes of semipro showed shortest in RF-TO & total time than that athletes of university. Also athletes of semipro showed the shortest elapsed time during the 2 huddle and rather shorter elapsed time at the +7% distance of take-off. Athletes of semipro showed lower COG displacement(Z-axis) during take-off, athletes of semipro showed longest displacement(Y-axis) and then velocity of COG showed fastest in the case of the +7% of take-off. Angular displacement of R hip, R knee showed more extended pattern in the +7% distance of take off in athletes of semipro, Angular displacement of anterior-posterior tilting of trunk showed in RF-TD, FR-TO, HCM phase didn't significant difference(p>.05), the most extended posture in the case of the +7% distance of take-off during LF-TD phase.

Abstract
