중소기업의 조직문화에 따른 지배구조와 관리회계정보간의 관련성

초록
본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 하여 조직문화와 지배구조, 관리회계정보 활용도의 관련성을 분석하고, 이들이 기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 검증하고자하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 보면, 중소기업의 조직문화를 혁신적 문화, 지원적 문화, 위계적 문화로 분류하고 평균값을 기준으로 각 문화적 성격이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단으로 나누어 집단간의 지배구조의 차이가 있는지를 검증한 결과 제한적인 결과가 나타나긴 하였지만 전체적으로 차이가 발견되지 않았으며, 경영자지분, 종업원지분, 기관투자자지분, 외부지분의 평균값을 기준으로 경영성과의 차이가 있는지를 검증한 결과에 있어서도 통계적인 유의성을 발견하지 못하였다. 한편, 각각의 문화정도의 평균값을 기준으로 관리회계정보의 차이가 있는지를 검증한 결과에서는 혁신문화와 지원문화에 있어서 통계적인 유의성이 나타났으며, 관리회계정보의 활용도에 따른 경영성과의 차이는 통계적인 유의성이 나타나 가설이 지지되었다. 이는 혁신과 지원적인 성격이 강한 조직문화를 가진 조직은 관리회계정보를 활용하며 궁극적으로는 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 내․외부의 환경변화에 대처하기 위한 중소기업의 바람직한 조직문화정립, 경영전략수립과 성과관리시스템의 선택 및 설계에 있어서 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대될 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Corporate Governance, Corporate Culture and a Firm’s performances. Therefore, this study are to investigate (1)whether Corporate Governance are significant difference by Corporate Culture and (2)whether firm’s management performances are significant difference by Corporate Governance and to investigate (3)whether the Management Accounting Information utility are significant difference by Corporate Culture. Finally, to investigate (4)firm’s management performances are significant difference by Management Accounting Information utility. The results of this study indicate that firms who have the higher Corporate Culture are partially higher than lower Corporate Culture on the Management Accounting Information utility and firm’s performances. Eventually, we could find the fact that firm’s performance has improved by Corporate Culture and Management Accounting Information utility.
