개인정보보호법의 주요 쟁점 및 대책에 관한 연구

The goal of this paper is to identify the key issues of the personal information protection law and the countermeasures against the issues. For this purpose, first the concept, background and history about the personal information protection was reviewed, and next the personal information protection the laws and regulations as well until before then were researched through the second materials like as the books and statistical data issued the authorities and companies concerned. For this studies some cases were also examined which have tried to how to know exactly about the real meaning of personal information protection law and thoroughly make protection measures. Some consequences were found. Firstly there are some issues which the personal information protection law made in March 30, 2011 and put into operation on September 30, 2011 has been comparing to lthe aws and regulations that were valid until before then. Secondly in order to solve these issues or problems some countermeasures were presented like as: 1) the laws and regulations would has the sustainable consistency, 2) the efforts would be developed which could meet them, 3) the regulation of punishment would be made up for the issues or problems which the personal information protection law itself has.
