통일 이전 북한지역 국유부동산 개발협력 정책방향 연구: 남북한 농업개발협력 및 도시개발협력을 중심으로

We need to seek the measures to prepare for the future of Korean peninsula andreasonably improve the South Korea’s unilateral economic support system for NorthKorea. In this study examined the direction of the new government policy that can beconducted after the unification by seeking development cooperation plans of agricultureand city before the Korean Peninsula regardless of a unification formula. In this study, first, try to do comparison and analysis with North Korea’s land policyand China(roll model of North Korea)’s one. Second, examined unit area party riceoutturn comparative analysis of concretely North Korea’s forest desertification, governmentowned real estate and development possibility of South and North Korea. Third,investigate the current situation and problems of economic development policy andopenness in North Korea. South and North Korea is gradual about agriculture, primary industry such as forestas well as urban development before unity comparing unification and must seek planthat can cooperate with interchange synthetically each other. As well as target solidarityof other and direction should be established clearly and sought multilateral negotiation,especially association plan with world common people development companies includingexisting North Korea’s friendly world city development cooperation.
