벤처기업 연계협력의 경험, 신뢰 그리고 성과: 대구･경북지역의 실태를 중심으로

There is a strong awareness that interactive learning and innovation are intrinsicallyessential to the competitive capability of venture firms. Much has, in general, been writtenon the importance of venture firms' cooperative alliances for interactive learning andinnovation. The paper emphasizes that the experiences, trust and performances of venturefirms' cooperative alliances should not be assessed in general conception, but need to beanalyzed in relation to various partners and specific characteristics(e.g., industrial type, R&Dcapability) of venture firms. More specifically, the purpose of this research is to examine theexisting theoretical considerations, to analyze the actual conditions of venture firms'cooperative alliances by specific partner, industrial type, or R&D capability, and then toexplore the policy implications for venture firms' cooperative alliances and competitivecapability. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there are differences in theexperiences of venture firms' cooperative alliances by industrial type and R&D capability,irrespective of specific partner. That is, there are relatively high experiences of cooperativealliances in venture firms showing high-tech type or high level of R&D capacities. Second,in the dimensions of trust for cooperative partners and performance of cooperative activities,even though there are positive responses on the whole, it is hard to recognize distinctdifferences by industrial type and R&D capability.
