개인정보 국외이전에 따른 보호방안에 관한 연구: 정책과제 및 실천과제 도출을 중심으로

According to the development of information and communication technologies the information has been widespread to collect and use information by information and communication devices. The personal information has been moved across the border for information acquisition, electronic transaction and so on. In this study, the information protection policies were suggested to protect personal information by stake holders as like government, business and people even if it were moved across the border. In this regard, the study is to choose the prior policies to look at the Delphi analysis for privacy experts that extend international cooperation system against cyber crime focused on the information management and information technology in managerial aspect and to introduce the international certification system for personal information protection in institutional aspect. In addition, The survey had been surveyed practical challenges by the information consumers as like college students. The results are followed, government should modernize laws and rules for personal information protection, the business should develop the improved technology for security system, and the people should improve their security consciousness with learning privacy and security education. So if the information stake-holders would progressed personal information protection tasks, it will be embodied safe national society.
