기업체 디자인 경영 역량 척도의 타당화 연구

This study was performed to validate the scale to measure the design management capabilities for the private enterprise that leads the business in Korea. For this, the translation of scale of design management capabilities was used which was developed by Dickson and his colleagues in 1995. This scale has been introduced in an empirical study on the effect relation of design management capabilities and product innovation that were performed by Fernández-Mesa, Alegre-Vidal, Chiva-Gómez Gutiérrez-Gracia, and this research translated 16 preliminary assessment questions used for this empirical study before collected data according to the questionnaire law from the 374 department managers that operate the design related planning department. As a result of executing exploratory factor analysis within this collected data, unlike the report result of original developer, the design management capabilities were classified in basic technology, specialized technology, the 3rd person's participation, organizational modification and innovative technology, and the factor load questions value of the factor of all questionnaires appeared to be more than 0.40 but we need reverification for henceforth study after item replacement since total correlation(CITC) of modified item of 2 survey items within reliability analysis result appeared as substandard.
