국가R&D정보 내비게이션 서비스 개발을 위한 사용자 요구 조사 및 분석 - 특허 지식맵과 모바일 앱 개발 중심으로 -

This study is to identify users’ needs for national R&D patent data navigation service, ‘R&D patent Navigator’ and develop its mobile app for state-of-the-art technical service. This study discusses integral data navigating service concerning intellectual property right in preliminary R&D planning process and analyzes users’ needs in its mobile app development. Users’ opinions were collected through a questionnaire and interview with industrial and academic researchers. Persona and prototype have been established in reference to users’ needs analysis. ‘R&D Navigator’ provides data integration service in relation to patent and intellectual property as well as mobile app service with convenient portability. Hopefully integral information service of ‘R&D Navigator' and its mobile app can lead R&D data integration technology, increase accessibility to acquirement of R&D data by contributing to R&D patent establishment, prevention of overlapping R&D and cost effectiveness.
