이중몰입에 영향을 미치는 노조특성 : 탐색적 실증연구

As a trial to explore union-related factor in relation with the change of union member that is presented in the argument about ‘the crisis of labor movement’ with applying ‘dual commitment’ concept, the goal of this study is to explore union-related factor affecting the dual commitment. In order to accomplish this goal, an empirical study was implemented. The data for an empirical study was obtained from the survey on 425 union members in Busan and a multiple logistic regression analysis was implemented. The summary of empirical study’s results was follows: First, the common factor to make the difference of three other type member to dual commitment type member was the level of trade union’s ethics. And the level of trade union’s struggle was partially affecting factor. Second, the common factor to make the difference of three other type member to union commitment type member was the level of trade union’s ethics. And the level of trade union’s struggle was partially affecting factor. Third, in the perception of respondents, levels of union-related factors might be not high and level of union commitment wasn't very higher than level of company commitment though there was the significant difference. And the ratio of the dual commitment type member was 58.5%. Fourth, that multiple logistic analysis method is more reliable than multiple regression analysis method was identified. Lastly suggestions of empirical study’s results for trade union, the limitation of study and the direction of future study were suggested.
