전문디자인기업과 디자이너를 위한 스마트디자인워크 프로세스 개발

초록
스마트워크는 2010년 전후로 국내에서 논의가 본격적으로 시도되었다. 기업 내 스마트워크 도입으로 업무공간의 제약을 없애주어 출퇴근 시간의 절약은 물론, 효과적인 업무 처리를 가능하게 해 주어 궁극적으로 개인과 기업의 창의력을 배가시켜 기업 경쟁력 향상에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 기대되고 있다. 하지만 개인과 기업의 창의력이 가장 요구되는 디자인업계 및 디자이너를 위한 스마트워크의 적용 가능한 방법은 아직 제안되지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같은 상황을 극복하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 ① 전문디자인기업과 디자이너를 위한 스마트워크인 스마트디자인워크에 대해 정의를 내리고, ② 전문디자인기업 내 디자인 업무 진행 시 이해관계자들의 숨은 니즈와 문제점을 발견하기 위해 심층 인터뷰(In-depth Interview)와 친화도법(Affinity Diagram)과 같은 서비스디자인 방법론을 통해 분석하여 스마트디자인워크를 통한 디자인 업무를 개선시키기 위한 필수 요건들을 도출하였다. ③ 또한 이들 필수 개선 요건들을 체계적으로 반영하기 위한 스마트디자인워크 실행 프로세스를 커뮤니케이션, 협업, 관리 중점단계로 제시하였으며 중점 단계에 따른 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 스마트디자인워크의 초석자료로서 의의를 가지며, 앞으로 다양한 디자인 분야 적용 측면, 타 분야와의 연계 방안 측면, ICT를 기반을 둔 스마트디자인워크 시스템 개발 측면 등의 후속연구를 통해 전문디자인기업과 디자이너가 창의성을 발휘할 수 있는 스마트디자인워크 여건을 조성하는 것에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
Smart Work was fully discussed in Korea around 2010. However, no studies have suggested how the smart work can be applied to the design industry where the creativity of individuals and companies is most required as well as professional design firms and designers. To overcome such circumstances, this study ① defined "Smart Design Work" which is the smart work for professional design firms and designers, ② This study made an analysis based on service design methodologies such as in-depth interview and affinity diagram to discover the potential needs and issues of interested parties regarding the design process of a professional design company and derived mandatory requirements for improving design process through smart design work. ③ Also, this study divided smart design work execution process into communication, collaboration, management, and intensification stages and suggested an application plans for the intensification stage in order to systematically reflect such mandatory requirements for the improvement. This study holds significance as the basic data for smart design work and is expected to contribute to the development of smart design work environment where professional design companies and designers can display creativity through follow-up studies that would focus on the aspect of various design applications, ties other areas, and the methods of developing smart design work system based on ICT.
