농업용 트랙터디자인 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop three-wheel bicycle that could be used easily by the elderly. Firstly, ergonomic characters that include physical structure, function change, etc. were researched by selecting 65 years olds’ characters as the standard; and also the cases about bicycle used by elderly and infirm were studied, the character and structure’s strengths and weakness of bicycles that made by different manufacturers was compared and analyzed. In the empirical study, bicycle types that designed for elderly and infirm were researched following different angle of Sea-Tube, which is a bicycle structure could improve safety of three-wheel bicycle. And the differences between Drymer and SPIRRA-Elbic bicycle were compared; the gravity center’s movement following different supporting line during the driving and dangerousness of rollover was researched for analyzing the tilting structure of three-wheel bicycle. The reverse three wheel structure was selected as the suitable one for the bicycle used by elderly and infirm of by comparing the characters between general bicycle and three wheel bicycle, and then the safety and function of reverse three wheel structure was researched. At last, bicycle design sketch and design guideline was proposed based on the above research result for bicycle design development used by elderly and infirm. Also the prototype of practical bicycle design and structure design and modeling of bicycle used by elderly and infirm was suggested.
