Cooperatives are an established system for economic democratization, realization of social justice, and caring of the socially disadvantaged. The framework act on cooperatives relaxes the conditions of the establishment and recognizes cooperatives for profit. Even if, however, cooperatives for profit are looking for the profit externally, there are difference between companies established for profit in the ways of income distribution. The capitalists, few major shareholders, will receive the dividend in corporations, but the co-op members, the owners of company, will divide the profit on the basis of using ratio in cooperatives. The nature of cooperative is not in dividend distributed to workers, rather in fair distribution and participation in company management decision-making considering the substantial equality. Pure market-oriented economic principles are inevitably modified due to the social state principle pursuing guarantee of people's rights and equality. The Constitution is based on the system of private property while with paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Article 119 presents the constitution a big picture that can embrace all the different types of economic models based on free-market economic system that can regulate and modify the economy. Cooperatives for profit do not contradict market economy on the level of the Constitution. Cooperatives recognizes the market principle and, within that framework to correct the distortion caused by the crisis of capitalism, have been performing the function of removing the element of the crisis of capitalism.
