초록
According to Perlmutter’s (1969) typology, Product Generation Style Dimensions have been developed. This paper attempts to extend previously developed Product Generation Style Dimensions by offering a new dimension called auracentrism. I propose that cutting rate in animated films moves from ethnocentric style of editing, polycentric style of editing, regioncentric style of editing, geocentric style of editing, and auracentric style of editing. It is extraordinary to see the all orientations in a single industry over time. This phenomenon is explored in animation films industry from 1916 to 2009.
