This paper conducted research with an aim ofconfirming the suitability of newly developed threeprograms and learning textbooks for differentiatedwoodcraft furniture manufacturing technologyeducation. The key of research is to verify the learningeffect of a technology education program utilizingdeveloped cutting-edge machine tools. Then, the paperadopted a method of evaluating the efficiency of alearning process through a simulation class targetingthe disabled by industrial disaster. In order to verify the efficiency of the programobjectively, the paper conducted survey research aimedat participants in the simulation class. The paperattempted to confirm the suitability of the technologyeducation program using cutting-edge machine tools byanalyzing survey results. Also, the paper developed atextbook design according to each program, which isable to improve a learning effect; thus, the paper appliedit in the simulation class, and made up for anyinsufficiency in existing learning instruction plans. Ultimately, the paper proved that the developedtechnology education program was able to bring abouta positive effect including the offering of variousrehabilitation opportunities, improvement of interest inlearning, and reduction of time to work on assignments. In addition, the developed textbook was also confirmedto improve the learning effect of learners. It wasdetermined that detailed research into the actualapplication of the developed program in the curriculumin the field of education would be necessary in the future.
