중국의 헌법(憲法)상 경제질서조항 및 농민전업합작사법(農民專業合作社法)의 내용

This paper aims to present the contents of the Economic Order-related Articles of the China Constitution and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Specialized Farmers Cooperatives. In the course of introducing these two Laws, this paper has corrected several errors which had been included in the former translations. In addition, this paper reviews the history of the revision of the China Constitution and the progress, meaning and outline of the legislation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Specialized Farmers Cooperatives, as well. This paper suggests some viewpoints to understand Chinese agriculture, agri-business and related institutions. Hopefully, this paper might be useful for Comparative legal studies to prepare for the upcoming era of the FTA between Korea and China.
