국내 산업단지캠퍼스 활성화를 위한 이용자 만족도 및 선호도 분석

This study examined user satisfaction at and preference for industrial complex campus types in students and resident company members to explore the development direction of a desirable industrial complex campus. The survey was conducted for a campus type and a unit building type which are typical in Korea. The results are as follows. First, for user satisfaction at an industrial complex campus, satisfaction at a campus type was high in some items. Specifically, while the student group had high satisfaction at general satisfaction and learning activity, the resident company members had high satisfaction at symbolism and exchange. Second, the highest required industrial complex campus-related facilities were public transportation and convenient facilities. Optimum preferred location of an industrial complex campus was an activated area adjacent to the industrial complex and with well-established convenient facilities and an area adjacent to the industrial complex and easy to use public transportation. For the individual preference type and form of an industrial complex campus, students preferred an industrial complex-linked related major-focused cluster type or a small-scale convergence campus with various functions. On the other hand, resident company members preferred a middle-scale campus with sports facilities and outside space. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a mixed-use cluster type linking education, culture, research, employment, and production rather than a unit building type or a small- or middle-scale campus type to create a desirable industrial complex campus.
