평가품질이 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 정보화마을 사례를 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 정보화마을 평가의 품질 요인이 평가만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구와 이론적 논의를 토대로 평가품질을 과정품질과 결과품질로 구분하고 이들 요인과 평가만족도 간의 구조적 관계에 관한 가설을 설정하였다. 이들 간의 관계에 관한 가설검증을 위해 전국 정보화마을 운영관리자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이를 토대로 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과, 평가과정 품질은 평가결과 품질에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 평가품질과 평가만족도 간의 관계에서는 평가의 결과품질은 평가만족도 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면 평가의 과정품질은 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 하지만 평가의 과정품질과 평가만족도 간의 관계에서 결과품질의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 평가의 결과품질이 완전매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 분석되어 정보화마을 평가의 과정품질이 결과품질을 매개로 평가만족도에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 정보화마을 평가품질과 만족도에 관한 이론적․정책적 함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the quality of evaluation on the evaluation satisfaction in the information village. To fulfil this, this study classifies the quality of evaluation into the quality of evaluation process and outcome, and develops the hypotheses to test the structural relations between the evaluation satisfaction and those factors. The structural equation analyses show that the quality of evaluation process has a positive effect on the quality of evaluation result, and the quality of evaluation result is statistically positively significant with the evaluation satisfaction. However, the results indicate that the quality of evaluation process has an indirect effect on the evaluation satisfaction mediated via the quality of evaluation result. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications for improving the quality of evaluation and satisfaction in the information village are discussed.
