초록
글로벌 경제위기의 여파로 일자리의 부족과 사회 양극화가 심회되고 있다. 특히 한국의 청년실업률은 심각한 사회문제이다. 이러한 상황에서 사회적기업의 창업은 일자리 부족의 문제와 높은 청년실업률을 해결하는 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2012년 청년 등 사회적기업가 육성사업에 참여하는 청년들을 대상으로 사회적창업가정신, 사회적지지, 창업가적프로세스가 창업행동에 영향을 미치는 것에 대해서 분석하였다. 결과는 다음 과 같다 . 첫째, 청년 예비 창업자들의 사회적창업가정신은 창업가적 프로세스에 긍정적 인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청년 예비 창업가들에 대한 사회적지지는 창업가적 프로세스에 의미 있는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년 예비창업자들의 창업가적 프로세스는 그들의 창업 행동을 시작 하는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청년 예비창업자들의 사회적창업가정신은 창업행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 청년 예비창업가들에 대한 사회적지지는 그들의 창업행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 또한 창업가적 프로세스는 창업행동에 영향을 미치며, 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The lack of jobs and social polarization has worsened in the aftermath of the global economic crisis. Unemployment among South Korean young adults, in particular, is a serious social issue. Under these circumstances, start-ups by social entrepreneurs are regarded as an alternative to solve the problems of the lack of jobs and high youth unemployment. In this study, how support for social entrepreneurship encourage young adults in Korea to start businesses and who participated in a government program supporting social entrepreneurs in 2012 are analyzed. The results are as the following. First, social entrepreneurship in young adults have a positive impact on them to be more entrepreneurial Process. Second, Social support for young entrepreneurs doesn’t have significant impact on them. Third, young people’s entrepreneurial process helps them start their entrepreneurial behavior. Fourth, social entrepreneurship in young people has a positive impact on them to set up their entrepreneurial behavior. Fifth, social support for them has only a small level of positive impact on young people who want to start their businesses. At the end of this paper, implications and limitations of this study are described and suggestions for studies on a similar topic are made.
