특허인용관계를 활용한 산업융합 파급효과 연구

초록
산업융합을 통한 기술혁신으로 경제적 성과와 고용창출 성과를 제고시키려는 정부차원의 노력이 도전적으로 추진되고 있다. 그러나 산업융합이 어느 정도 진행되고 있는지, 산업융합의효과가 전산업에 어느 정도 파급되고 있는지, 산업융합 유발효과가 가장 큰 산업은 무엇인지에대한 정량적 연구는 매우 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 산업융합이 어떻게 전개되고 있는지(산업별 산업융합 비중), 전산업에 어느 정도의 파급효과를 내었는지(산업별 파급효과), 특정산업을 진흥할 때 산업융합 유발효과가 어느 정도인지(산업별 산업융합 유발효과)를 특허인용관계를 이용하여정량적으로 측정하고 분석하였다. 산업융합 여부는 국제특허분류-산업연관분류 연계표 및 특허의 인용관계를 활용하여 판단하였다. 산업융합 즉, 산업간 기술융합(예: 전자기기부분품-자동차)이 전산업에 미치는 영향은 특허인용정보를 활용한 산업융합연관표를 작성하여 도출하였다. 연구결과를 활용하여 산업융합이 전산업에 끼친파급효과와 특정 산업을 진흥시켰을 때 나타나는 산업융합 유발효과를 예측하여 보았다. 산출결과의정확도와 의미는 추가적인 검증이 필요하나 산업별 산업융합의 진행 정도, 파급효과 및 유발효과에대한 정량적인 분석을 산업융합연관표를 작성하여 처음 시도하였다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Recent efforts of government to improve economic performance and increaseemployment through industrial convergence are being promoted actively. However,unfortunately, we have little of quantitative study on the following questions; (1) what isthe rate of industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) what is the rate of total effects ofindustrial convergence spreaded?, and (3) which is the No. 1 industry in the magnitude ofinductive effect of industrial convergence?In this study, we have measured and analyzed quantitatively the following questionsusing patent citation; (1) how is industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) how muchhas industrial convergence a effect on all industry?, and (3) what is the rate of theinductive effect of industrial convergence? In doing so, decision about industrialconvergence has been made using patent citation and the effect of industrial convergenceis drawn from convergence I/O table which made by patent citation.
