변혁적 리더십이 조직구성원의 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 창의적 분위기의 매개효과 및 혁신성향의 조절효과

Despite the important role of the transformational leadership and CreativeClimate to achieve firms' sustainable competitive advantage, there has been limitedempirical studies linking the transformational leadership and creative climate inemployee's innovative performance. This study investigated the impact of transformational leadership on innovativeperformance based on employees of R&D department in IT services. This paper alsoinvestigated the mediating role of creative climate and moderating role of employee'sinnovative tendency in this relationship. Main findings of our empirical analysis are asfollows. While the relationships between transformational leadership and innovativeperformance was positively associated, creative climate had positive effect on innovativeperformance. As expected, we also found that the creative climate had positivelymediated the relationship between transformational leadership and innovativeperformance. Also, the innovative tendency has statistically significant moderating effecton this relationship. Based on the findings, we have suggested theoretical and practical implications whilefuture research directions with limitations of the research are discussed.
