자본주의의 철학적 트로이 목마? - K. 고진의 어소시에이션에서 사회주의 읽기 -

팽창하는 속성을 지닌 자본주의가 낳는 문제를 해결하기 위해, 철학자들은 여러모로 노력해 왔다. 자본주의를 해체하고 사회주의와 공산주의로 이행하는 이론을 만들기도 했다. 그러나 페레스트로이카로 소련이 탈구축되고 세계자본주의가 21세기를 장악한 상황에서 자본주의를 넘어서서 자본주의 밖으로 가는 것은 묘연하다. 그래서 자본주의 ‘밖’으로가 아니라 자본주의 ‘안’에서 극복 방법을 찾아야 하는데, 잘 들여다보면 자본주의는 내부에 ‘반자본주의적 요소’도 지닌다. 그것을 ‘직업단체’와 ‘어소시에이션’으로 발전시킬 수 있다. 이 글은 시민사회의 이기성을 극복하기 위해 헤겔이 대안으로 제시하는 직업단체와 어소시에이션에서 착상을 얻어 시작한다. 직업단체와 그 대표가 실현하는 ‘경제와 정치의 연관성’, ‘개인과 공동체의 매개’는 자본주의 안에서 자본주의를 극복하는 모델이다. 그러나 헤겔은 일용직 노동자 문제까지 다루지는 못하며, 금융 자본과 버블을 만드는 세계자본주의와 글로벌라이제이션도 알지 못 한다. 그래서 이런 부분까지 경험한 가라타니 고진의 논의를 통해 자본주의를 극복하는 대안을 모색하려고 한다. 어소시에이션은 칸트, 헤겔, 프루동과 마르크스에게서 분명하게 제시된다. 자본주의 시스템 안에서 자본주의를 극복하는 대안인 어소시에이션을 촘스키는 ‘자유주의적 사회주의’, ‘무정부주의적 사회주의’라고 부른다. 이들 논의를 총괄하는 고진은 ‘어소시에이션’의 철학적 근간을 마련하고 자본주의를 극복하는 내적 대안으로 발전시킨다. 그는 어소시에이션을 ‘칸트의 규제적 이념’처럼 설정하며, 자본주의를 비판하고 넘어서는 이념이기에 ‘사회주의의 다른 이름’이라고 한다.
Abstract
Capitalism has a property expanding continuously. And then that is making a lot of problems as like increasing civilian poverties and pains. Philosophers has strived to release them in every respect and to offer alternatives that make them overcome. A key for the solution of problems is to give person a satisfaction of selfish-economical desire and community spirit at the same time. Hegel seeks a method in the civil society of the Philosophy of the Right. He was getting such intention that a method makes not only capitalistic-liberal desires but ethical life realize, and then makes the relation of economical life and political behaviour possible. So Hegel suggests the collective as corporation and cooperation in civil society. His idea is similar to association and commune as free city which appeared in western history since medieval age. But Hegel's suggestions have a problem that he has no regard for part-time workers, no matter how hard they may work and suffer from poverty and unjustice, especially because of the structure and problems of capitalism. Therefore, this essay aims to find the method of overcoming Hegel's limits and to search for a new alternative. But to be important for me is to get to make Hegel's corporation and cooperation new. So I am going to introduce K. Kojin's association and to explain the relation between Kojin's system and Kant's idea or another. Kojin interprets Marx's association differently. And he assigns a thing that Marx's socialism or communism is the union of associations and Kant's association is a sorts of socialism or other name of socialism. The theories of Marx and Kant are fused in Kojin's association and a new socialism is created.
