캠핑용 해머의 디자인 선호도에 관한 연구

초록
삶의 질이 향상되면서, 최근 여가활동에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며 특히 캠핑에 대한 관심도가 높게나타나고 있다. 캠핑에서의 여러 가지 작업에 필수적인 도구, 장비도 다양한 종류가 출시되고 있다. 소비자는 많은 제품을 비교하면서 구매 기준이 높아지고이를 충족시키는 상품을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 캠핑용 해머의 디자인에 대한 조사 분석 및 발전방향을탐구 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해머에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고 시판중인 국내외 캠핑해머의 디자인 성향을 분석하였다. 그리고 디자인에 대한 선호도를 조사․분석하여 조형,색채, 재질에서 비롯되는 선호 원인을 분석, 향후 캠핑해머 디자인에 활용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 디자인 성향 분석에서 국내 캠핑해머는 스포티, 모던디자인을 강조하는 성향을 보였다. 화려한 컬러와 점잖은 컬러가 공존하며 높은 채도를 부분적으로 적용, 강조 포인트를 주는 경우가 많았다. 국외 캠핑해머는 유선형, 동적인 형태가 주류를 이루었으며 국내제품에 비해 높은 채도의 과감한 사용으로 더욱 경쾌한 느낌을주고 있었다. 국내외 대부분 제품에서 높은 채도의 컬러를 부분적으로 적용시켜 제품을 강조하였다. 평균적으로 국내 제품보다 국외 제품이 좀 더 화려했다. 디자인 선호도 평가에서 나타난 선호요인에 의하면캠핑 해머를 디자인 시 헤드와 바디는 유기적 연결 형태로 디자인 되어야 하며 헤드와 바디의 금속, 그립의고무로 구성된 재질을 추구해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 색채 면에서 헤드와 바디는 실버, 손잡이는블랙에 유채색 포인트 컬러를 사용하여 디자인 하는 것이 좋다. 부위별로 보면 헤드의 경우 타격부위와 바디연결부위, 팩 제거부위가 기능적으로 구분된 형태의 실버 컬러로 디자인 하는 것이 좋으며 금속 재질 이외의표면재질은 사용하지 않는 것이 좋다. 바디의 경우 헤드와 일체형의 디자인이거나 분리형이지만 유기적 연결성을 가진 형태로 디자인 되어야 한다. 그리고 스틸 표면재질을 바탕으로 제품 레이블이 각인, 마킹된 형식으로 가는 것이 좋다. 그립의 경우 파지 위치가 표현된형태 및 아래쪽 끝 부분을 크게 처리한 형태로 처리하는 것이 좋다. 고무재질을 바탕으로 블랙 베이스 컬러에 유채색 포인트가 들어간 그립을 갖도록 해야 한다. 이와 같은 디자인 트렌드 및 선호요인에 따른 디자인 방향은 향후 캠핑해머 개발에 참고할 사항이 될 것이며 캠핑해머의 사용성에서 요구되는 사용자 환경 디자인의 추가적연구가 뒷받침된다면 미관과 사용성이 겸비된 캠핑해머 디자인을 도출하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
When the people's life quality enhanced, variouswants on recreation appear. Recently, the interest incamping is rising. Many essential tools for thework during the camping are launching in thesedays. Consumers compare a lot of products whenthey buy something. And they want to buy theproduct which fulfills their high standard. So, wewere aware of the needs to investigate and analyseon camping hammer design. And decided to explorethe way to improve their design. In this thesis, consideration on the campinghammer's characters had been conducted. And thepropensity of camping hammer design had beenanalysed. After that, evaluated and analysed ontheir design and found popular factors on sculpture,color and material in order to utilize for thecamping hammer design from now on. In the analysis on design propensity, domesticcamping hammers have sporty or modern designtendency. Showy color and decent color werecoexisted. Many of them had accent color with highchroma. Many of the exotic hammers had curvedand dynamic shape. And their bold chroma madebreezy feeling. Both most domestic and exoticproducts had been emphasized with accent color byhigh chroma. Averagely, exotic products were moreshowy than domestic products. Following our result of evaluation on designsensitivity, when we design a camping hammer,head and body should designed in connected shape. Metal should be used for head and body's material. And rubber material should be used for the grippart. In the part of color, Silver color arerecommended on the head and body. Chromaticcolor needed partially based on the Black color forthe grip. Partially, in case of the head, compartmentalshape such as striking part - body connection part- pack removal part is proper in Silver metalliccolor. In case of body, integral or organicconnectivity shape of body and head is required. And based on the steel material finish, the imprintis needed about the brand. In case of the grip,embossed shape is proper for grip sensation. Such design trend report and design method insculpture, color and material are would be areference for further camping hammer design. Ifadditional research added which is on usability forcamping hammer, we think better camping hammercan be made which has beauty and usability.
