Healthcare Product and Service Design with Possible Scenarios for 2025

As technology for remote control, virtual world and nano-chips has rapidly developed, varied ways of communication between person and person or person and device have appeared. The development of communication technology has created opportunities for new products and services not only for the telecommunication industry but any other industry dealing with communication and interaction. For example, medicine, business conference and education are working on communication for the future. One of the most promising future communication technologies is 4D tele-presence Avatar in which you can present yourself virtually with live senses in real time, or remotely control your avatar to work as you. This technology makes it possible to remotely monitor people's health and allow immediate treatment in case of emergency. Accordingly, it will cut travel time to the hospital and reduce patients' waiting time at the hospital. It also means that we can save energy and reduce pollution from transportation. In this research　I am approaching healthcare service systems in 2025 not medical service systems, since future technology will be more about preventing disease before it happens than taking care of disease as it occurs. Systems are designed considering different users' holistic experiences by changes of their conditions including state of crisis, and also two different possible circumstances in 2025; ideal society and gloomy society.
