산재보험 장해연금 수급자 생명표 개발 연구

The purpose of this study is to development of Worker's Compensation disability pensioners' life table. The study applies an actuarial techniques in the insurance industry (such as the interpolation proposed by Jenkins, Gompertz' fit and Makeham's form etc)data of the Worker's Compensation disability pensioner(total 542,494) by sex, disability level, a period of pension from January 1, 1997 to August 31, 2013. The results show worker's compensation disability pensioners' mortality is reduced and life expectancy has increased compared with past study(Jeong, 2008). Looking at each age group, 40-50 man's mortality significantly lowered than before but life expectancy increased by up to 2.88 years. In woman's case, 20-60 mortality significantly lowered and life expectancy increased by up to 3.3 years. The study compares pensioner’s mortality in national life table and in worker’s compensation disability pensioner’s life table. The result is worker’s compensation disability pensioner’s mortality rate is higher than general population mortality. In addition, life expectancy of worker’s compensation disability pensioner is very short (in case of man, up to 1year, woman, up to 3.3 year) in all age groups.
