초록
Recently, many studies have investigated the impact of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) systems on organizational structure, working process, and users’ tasks. Most of them, however, conducted their research within the context of large firms. Recognizing the lack of ERP research within the context of SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises), this study is motivated to better understand and guide the process of ERP diffusion in SMEs through the perspective of users working in SMEs. A total of 221 samples were collected and analyzed the relationships among information satisfaction, system satisfaction, commitment to ERP, and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) for ERP diffusion in the context of SMEs. The findings indicate that (1) both information satisfaction and system satisfaction significantly increases commitment to ERP, and (2) Commitment to ERP mediates fully the relationship between System satisfaction and OCB for ERP diffusion, yet it mediates partially the link between Information satisfaction and OCB for ERP diffusion.
