크리스천들의 영적성장에 대한 신앙생활 양태와 목회자의 영향 분석

본 연구는 크리스천들의 영적 성장에 신앙생활과 목회자 신뢰의 영향 정도를 분석하여 교회 경영에 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 문헌 연구를 통해서 신앙생활과 영적성장, 목사에 대한 신뢰성에 관한 내용들을 정리하고, 이를 근거로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구모형은 신앙생활 형태와 목사에 대한 신뢰가 크리스천들의 영적 성장에 영향을 미치는 정도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 설문지를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 SPSS 통계기법을 동원하여 연구가설 2개를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 신앙생활에는 전도생활, 예배훈련, 성도의 교제, 외부 훈련프로그램, 말씀묵상 등의 요인이 있었다. 목사에 대한 신뢰의 요인은 솔선수범, 우월의식, 역량, 설교내용 등이다. 영적 성장의 요인은 자기존재 의식, 긍정적인 삶, 하나님 존재 인식, 타인배려 등으로 나타났다. 연구가설 1인 “그리스도인의 신앙생활 양상은 그들의 영적 성장에 영향을 줄 것이다”라는 가설은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 전도생활과 외부 훈련프로그램은 자기 존재의식에 영향을 미쳤다. 예배훈련과 성도의 교제, 말씀 묵상은 긍정적인 삶에 영향을 주는 것으로 타나났다. 또 전도생활, 예배훈련, 성도의 교제는 타인 배려에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구가설 2 “목사에 대한 신뢰 수준은 교인들의 영적 성장에 영향을 줄 것이다”의 검증 결과, 목사의 역량과 설교내용은 하나님의 존재를 의식하는 영성에 영향을 주고, 목사들의 우월의식은 타인배려에 부정적인 영향을 주고 목사의 역량은 타인배려에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 교회 경영에 두 가지 시사점을 제시하였다. 하나는 교회운영 프로그램은 교인들의 영적 성장을 실제적으로 촉진하는데 초점을 두어야 한다는 것이고, 다른 하나는 목사들이 강단에서 설교하는 것처럼 자신들의 삶이 뒷받침 되도록 노력해야 한다는 것이다.
Abstract
This article aims to analyse the influences of faith life patterns and trust in pastor on christian’s spiritual growth and gain insights how to apply the results to church management. Through the literature review, the research framework and hypotheses were established. Two hypotheses were tested by SPSS 17 package. The factors of faith life consist of evangelism, worship, fellowship, external training program, and meditation. The factors of trust in pastor consist of leading by example, superiority complex of pastor, competence, and sermon. The spiritual growth of christian involves such factors as self-existence consciousness, affirmative life, knowledge of God, and consideration for others. Hyphothesis 1 is accepted partially. Evangelism and external training program influence self-existence consciousness. Worship, fellowship and meditation impact affirmative life. Evangelism, worship, and fellowship also affect consideration for others. Hyphothesis 2 is also approved partially. Pastor’s competence and sermon influence the knowledge of God, and pastor’s competence also influence consideration for others. Superiority complex of pastor impact consideration for others negatively. Two insight are suggested according to the result of these analyses. One is how to focus on church’s programs to accelerate christian’s spiritual growth. The other one is that pastor has to make an effort to lead by example in his life as much as he sermons on the podium.
