한국 물류 법률상 환경 친화적 규정의 문제점과 개선 방안

Currently, countries around the world are concerned over pollution due to global warming and arefocused on saving earth by keeping environment green. All countries, including developing countriessought ways to reduce greenhouse gas emission and our country is also interested on establishingefficient logistic policies. Green logistic is saving resources by using eco-friendly alternatives topromote recycling and through eco-friendly logistic activities to decrease pollution and utility ofenergy and cycle of natures to vitalize the logistic activities. In order to succeed in green logisticpolicy, government needs to construct and strengthen to support green logistic thus eco-friendlylogistic system can be run smoothly between private companies and its government. To establisheco-friendly logistic system, government must support eco-friendly facilities and its energy cost andexpedite transition through recycling etc. and must specify clearly under laws and regulations. InKorea, logistic industries need to be globalized and transit to eco-friendly logistics and toaccomplish this, specific logistic policies and regulations and amendments on policy is required.
