Increasing of Foreigners, foreign citizens, and foreign workers in Korea brought new challenges for Korean society. Korean society is not a single nation-state based on the pure blooded anymore. Legislator made also some notable acts with a focus on a new social phenomenon. The enacted acts to allow and support the foreigners and Foreign-based citizens, who want to settle with indigenous people in Korean society, better way to living. Many policies based on it have been performed. Contains a variety of support for the stability of life and early adaptation of multicultural family centered on the immigrants “Multicultural Family Support Act” was enacted. Defines the basic treatment for foreigners staying in Korea “The Basic Law for Treatment of Foreigners in Korea” was also enacted. For the integration of foreigners in the Korean society, the Law ‘Exit and Entry Act’ was changed. The social integration program under the new law will be executed and enforced for Promoting social integration for foreigners. However, the overlap between law-related, which has been put on collision, due to ambiguity, problems of law enforcement contains a lot. Relation between the “multi-cultural family support” and “social integration program” is also ambiguous character and its purpose. Thus integration and management overall review of the system of both is required. Basic stance of the Korean society of foreign settlers must be shown. Then the support and requirements for the foreigners are even better to concretize.
