부동산 투자이민제 도입을 통한 관광개발 영향이 지역 주민의 지역정체성 상실 및 개발 참여의도에 미치는 영향: 중국인 투자이민에 의한 제주지역 관광개발을 중심으로

This study aims to (1) analyze tourism development impacts by real estate investment and immigration system on the loss of residents’ local identity, (2) investigate the effect of the loss of residents’ local identity on their intention to participate in development, and (3) test the moderating role of local media. To test the conceptual model empirically, the data collected from 201 residents in Jeju. The results showed that (1) four main tourism development impacts by real estate investment and immigration system were drawn, namely positive economic, negative economic, positive social & cultural and negative social & cultural impacts, (2) all four tourism development impacts by real estate investment and immigration system influenced on loss of residents' local identity significantly, and (3) using local media plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between the loss of residents' local identity and the participation intention.
