본 연구의 목적은 학교체육진흥법 시행 1주년을 맞이하여 학습권 보장제가 운영되고 있는 현 시점에서의 학교운동부 선진화 육성 정책에 대한 성과 추이를 실제 적용 대상자인 중학교 학생선수들의 인식을 통해 심층적으로 분석하고자 함에 있다. 연구대상은 학습권 보장제 적용 단계 시점의 수도권 3개 지역(서울, 경기, 인천) 중학교 학생선수 229명을 대상으로 하였다. 학교운동부 선진화 육성 정책의 성과(학업성적, 학습권 보장, 학교생활 문화, 운동부 문화) 추이를 분석하기 위해 대응표본 t 검정(Paired t-test) 분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생선수들의 학업성적은 조사기간이 1년여 지난 시점에서 큰 성과를 나타낼 만큼에 변화 추이를 보이지 않았지만 점진적으로 기초학력 수준이 향상되는 성과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 학생선수들의 학습권 보장과 학교생활 문화, 운동부 문화는 지난 조사에서 확인되어진 성과보다도 더욱 향상된 변화에 성과 추이를 나타냈다.
Abstract
In this study, at the point where the educational rights guarantee policy is in effect as first year anniversary of School Physical Education Promotion Act enforcement approaches, is to analyze the result trend of the advancement upbringing policy of school athletic team advancement through the perceptions of the actual targets, middle school athletes. Study subjects were 229 middle school athletes in metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) at the point of educational rights guarantee policy application phase. In order to analyze the trend of the results of school athletic team advancement upbringing policy (academic performance, educational rights guarantee, school life culture, school athletic team culture), paired t-test was performed. The results of the study is as follows. First, the academic performance of student athletes did not display the trend of large outcome at the point where the survey period has been about a year, but the basic academic skills gradually increased. Second, student athletes' educational rights guarantee, school life culture, and school athletic team culture displayed a much improved trend compared to the result of last survey.
