초록
본 연구는 81개의 사회적기업을 대상으로 사회적기업의 조직 특성인 정부지원금, 사회적기업 인증유형, 사회적기업 업종, 사회적기업 규모, 사회적기업 조직형태, 사회적기업 지배구조가 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하고자 한다. 회귀분석의 결과, 정부지원금, 사회적기업 인증 유형, 사회적기업 규모, 사회적기업 조직형태가 사회적 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 사회적기업의 경제적 성과의 경우 정부지원금은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면에 사회적기업 규모는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 현재 정부지원위주의 사회적기업 육성정책으로 인해 구조화된 사회적기업의 조직특성 중 정부지원금에 대한 사회적기업의 의존성향이 사회적기업의 자립과 성장을 위한 부정적인 요소로 작용하고 있음을 규명할 수 있었고, 더불어 사회적기업에 대한 제도적 형식과 규정이 사회적기업의 자율적인 경영을 방해하거나 제한하고 있지 않은 지에 대한 면밀한 검토의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study is to investigate the impact of organizational characteristics of social enterprises on social and economic performances. The study collects the data from 81 social enterprises and employs regression analysis in order to investigate causality between organizational characteristics of social enterprises and social and economic performances. As the results of analysis, governmental grant, types of business, scale, and types of organization have a negative influence on the social performance. Governmental grant has a negative influence on the economic performance and scale of social enterprises has a positive influence on the economic performance.
