헌법적 가치 함양을 위한 헌법교육의 방법 연구

Recently, it has been emphasized an importance of constitutional value as a social integration mechanism and also expanded a discussion of the constitutional education. However, the existing discussion was focused on a necessity, a direction, and a content of constitutional education. Then, which method of the constitutional education should be taken to reflect the constitutional value? In this research, I reviewed various methods of value education in the respects of constitutional value education. As a result, I draw a conclusion that various methods – value inculcation, value clarification, and value analysis – should be mixed properly and applied them to the development of student. That is, it is necessary for the student in the lower grade to provide the education inculcated and internalized the constitutional values, and also for the student in the upper grade to provide the education applied and judged the internalizing constitutional values.
