구조적 공백, 개인학습, 반성적 사고의 관계

As interest in social network grows, fields related with HRD are also attempting to make efforts on applying principles of social network and methods of analysis. Even though there have been papers which report that structures or characteristics of social network have a positive effect towards producing an innovative knowledge, creating ideas, and sharing knowledge, these papers regard the connecting process of social network and creation of innovative knowledge as a black box. In addition, studies regarding the relation between social network and learning are not sufficiently reported. Hence this study has set its goal to analyze the non-linear relationship between structural hole and individual learning by subjecting members of business, and to investigate the interactive effect of structural hole on this relationship. Before achieving the goal of this study, a survey that aims employees of the headquarters of A company has been held, of which 358 answers have been used for analysis. The analyses of descriptive statistics, reliability, correlational coefficient, non-linear regression, general linear model, and mean plot have been performed. Results showed the following: First, structural hole had a non-linear relationship towards the learning of company members. Second, from the relationship between structural hole and individual learning, an interactive effect of reflective thinking was found. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this research were discussed.
